Bernardo LaPallo is a well-known supercentenarian. He was born in Brazil in 1901. He has followed his father’s lifestyle advice which he believes is the key to his longevity. His father taught him to avoid eating processed foods, red meats, and other unhealthy foods.
Mr. LaPallo mostly eats organic veggies and fruits, and still able to look for himself independently and does a walk every day. He also makes sure that he stays mentally agile by reading books and doing crossword puzzles.
