Kamias is extremely beneficial for people suffering from diabetes. Prepare 6 pieces of kamias and crush. Mix with water and boil the mixture. When ready, strain and drink two times a day.

Kamias acid properties can help in treating acne. Just crush into a fine powder and apply it on the affected areas and let it act for several minutes. Rinse with clean water.
