- In a pot, boil 4 cups of water
- When it reach the boiling point, add 1 tsp of ground turmeric then reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes
- Strain the tea into a cup, add honey or lemoon to taste
- Add a pinch of black pepper(suggested serving) to increase absorption
