First, fill basin with cold water. Then add as much ice as you have available at home. But the more ice the better he says.
Next, put your feet in the water and soak it for 10-15 seconds, remember only seconds not minutes. Repeat this method at every night before you go to bed.
If your immune system is too weak, you can perform this method for every 4 hours.
University of Virginia conducted a study about this theory and they found out that, icy water can stimulate the production of nor-epinephrine which actually an important hormone that strengthens immune system.
