Foot detox is excellent and effective in removing toxins out from the body. This is also the simplest way to detox wothout changing your diet. The detoxification is safe and easy.
Ionic Detox Foot Baths
The foot baths are also designed to detoxify the body. It is based on ionic exchange and extracts the toxins from your body. It uses an electrical process in which a warm saltwater produce negative and positive ions.
You just need to soak your feet in the ionizing warm salt water to cleanse you body and to start the detox process.
- Epsom Salts- ½ cup
- Bentonite Clay- 2 tbsp
- Apple Cider Vinegar- 1 tbsp
- Hot water- ½ bucket
- A tub to soak feet
- Take ½ cup of Epsom salt and mix it in the hot water.
- Soak your feet in the water until the water cools down.
- Now, mix 2 tbsp of bentonite clay and 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
- Add 2 tbsp of water to dilute the mixture.
- Apply the mixture on your feet and allow it to dry for 10 minutes.
- Again soak your feet in the warm water for 15 minutes.
- Remove your feet from water and pat it dry.
