WHAT YOU NEED:
  • 500 ml of almond milk; 
  • 2 tbsp. spread almond or coconut oil; 
  • 2 frozen bananas; 
  • 2 tbsp. of honey Little nutmeg; 
  • 2 tbsp. of acrid cream. 
WHAT TO DO:

Take a blender and put everything in it, mixing them for a couple of minutes. Pour it into a glass and drink it while it’s fresh. This shake replaces a snack or you can expend it before breakfast.
